Married! Dillon & Lauren

Congrats to Lauren and Dillon! They got married on September 1 at First Evangelical Free Church in Manchester, followed by a reception at Royale Orleans. Thanks to my second shooter Loria for all the great help and photos she provided me with throughout the day!

Before the ceremony, we did some pictures of Lauren and Dillon holding hands without seeing each other. Turned out cute!

Love the big smile on dad's face when he sees Lauren for the first time as a bride..

Bubble time!Usually outdoors but indoors due to the rain.

I was so happy that Lauren didn't mind going outside in the rain with an umbrella. Some brides would NOT be happy with the idea of possibly getting their dress wet, but Lauren was awesome about it! (And the dress was fine)

Right before we left the church, the rain started dying down. We drove to the park for photos expecting to use umbrellas for most of them, and then miraculously, the rain had completely stopped! Lucky us :)

Off to the reception!

Congrats Lauren and Dillon!

Very sweet.. Lisa had her step-dad walk her down halfway, where she met her dad. Such a great idea!

The reception was at Kemp Auto Museum in Chesterfield. This place completely WOW'd me. The lighting - all the old, perfectly kept cars - the huge dance floor - so awesome.

We got a chance to take some pictures with a few of the old cars before the reception started.. Andy told me he's big into cars, so this was perfect for him.

The toasts were pretty funny. I remember everyone making fun of Andy and Lisa for taking so long to get married!

Father daughter..

Instead of doing a traditional first dance, Andy and Lisa performed a song together! Lisa told me, "I'm NOT a singer!" but she did a pretty awesome job. It was the most adorable song, reminded me of Johnny Cash and June Carter :)

And they had a pretty awesome live band.. perfect choice for this venue.
