Family & Birthday Photo Fun

I love this family! We got together a couple weeks ago for their family photos and for Clayton's birthday photos (he's turning 1). We scheduled for the day before Easter, which turned out to be very rainy.. and chilly. Re-scheduling was not an option so we headed to the Muny, of course everybody's favorite spot for covered pictures. Being a Saturday, we got swarmed with wedding parties and headed to the World's Fair Pavilion. To my surprise, it was empty and we got to complete the entire session there. We tried to keep little Clayton happy with bubbles and a cupcake, but after awhile he was very obviously done so I continued the session the following week at their house on a beautiful no-rain day. Overall everything turned out great and I enjoyed spending time with all of them! Addy and her big sister Keeley are the sweetest girls and Addy told me that I am so much better than the photographer that comes to her school to do the yearbook photos. Ha! I hope so!

Mallory, 2013 Senior!

Meet Mallory, an adorable and hip 2013 senior who loves cool shoes and photography (just like me!). She was so much fun to take pictures of - she had 3 perfectly coordinated outfits ready to go, accessories and all. We met up in downtown Kirkwood for the session, an area I really like. Gives a downtown St. Louis kind of feel, but less busy. And safer :) These were taken the day before St. Louis was buried in 12 inches of snow. It was pretty nice out and I'm glad we got the opportunity to do these photos before the storm. We incorporated a camera into the session - a recent hobby of hers which she plans to study in college. And we included her flute, which she has been playing since 6th grade. photo mallory006_zps7ac80d91.jpg photo mallory021_zps7e8efc0b.jpg photo mallory027_zpsf2aef287.jpg photo mallory030_zpsc724e52e.jpg photo mallory032_zps524e2ec1.jpg photo mallory038_zpsc12c2864.jpg photo mallory068_zps1d7a9d26.jpg photo mallory073_zpsda94ca9f.jpg photo mallory099_zps4ffc0be2.jpg photo mallory134_zpse7af118b.jpg photo mallory145_zpsc3c700e0.jpg photo mallory153_zps64bb33a0.jpg photo mallory160_zps5d48946e.jpg photo mallory166_zps32643fec.jpg
