Little Sister.. or Brother?

Very very soon Erica, Ben, and 2 yr old Colton are expecting another member of their family. The sex of the baby will be a total surprise which is sooo exciting since I will be in the delivery room. I've already made my guess that it is a girl. We shall soon.. soon enough. Here are my favorites from their family/maternity session a couple months ago!

I was so thrilled when Loria, of Photos By Loria, contacted me to do her maternity session. Her and I had "second shot" with each other on a few weddings and really clicked. She's an all around good person, easy to talk to, and very sweet. It meant a lot to be chosen by a fellow photographer to take photos of such a big occasion (and I will be doing her baby's lifestyle newborn session too). Everything fell in place perfectly for this session and the images turned out exactly how I wanted (and how she wanted too). As I expected, Loria looked perfect. When she would sit down you could barely even tell she was pregnant so we did all the pictures standing up! I met her husband, Nick, for the first time and they are such a loving couple. They were so affectionate. I would see Loria look at him, and giggle, and there was so much happiness in her eyes. They have such a strong foundation and they are going to be amazing parents to their baby girl Samantha June (coming in August!).

Little Owl Baby

Aren't they? Sarah and Joe were blessed with the sweetest little baby boy - Matthew. Sweet, relaxed little dude with long skinny legs, a feathery soft dark hair, and perfect skin.



















Sarah ordered this adorable owl set to match his nursery! Sooo cute and the hat & diaper cover fit him like a glove. And I'm sure he outgrew them a week later.

Cute. Colorful. Funny. Easy to talk to. Those are just some words that come to mind when I think of this couple, and their style. They met through mutual friends and after 2 long years, their first official date was at Katie's Pizza. We thought it would be cute to get some pictures where it all began..







After Katie's Pizza we went to Oak Knoll Park and I can't believe I had never been there before. Gorgeous park, I just fell in love with it. It was the perfect spot for their photos. These two are so adorable, I'm so happy that they chose me as their photographer and I can't wait for their November wedding!
